No Refunds. Exchange or Merchandise Credit ONLY on original order if item is sent back within 14 business days and the Unit is EXACTLY in the same condition and packaging (all returns must have a RA# that we assigned or the package will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense. Merchandise credits are good for 1 year from date of issue. If we allow you to cancel an order before it has shipped there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Expect delivery of all Invisible Hairline Units (except custom orders) within 3-7 business days. Once your unit is ready (stock items) it will shipped by UPS in the United States.
Custom Units takes about 6-8 weeks to make and process.
Clients Understands that due to the nature of this products, the sale is final and non-cancelable. In order to induce the company to accept credit cards, the client agrees to not seek any refunds or adjustments of the purchase price by requesting the credit card company to charge back any payment to the company. All Sales are Final!!!
